• INTAKE PROCESS

    We have a quick and easy intake process. Once a referral is received, our staff will contact that individual with 24-48 hours to complete the intake over the phone. We typically have clients assessed and assigned within 3 days.
    Referring partners can send confidential information in 4 convenient ways:
